Codenotary Trustcenter (formerly known as Codenotary Cloud - CNC) service has three main components, and their communication is defined in Figure 1.

TC Dashboard - it’s a web platform that allows you to perform

User management
Ledger management
Credentials management (API Key, Signer ID)
Profile management
Artifact search
Exploring dependency tree

VCN - it’s a command-line interface that allows you to to login with API Key and perform the following:

Notarize assets
Authenticate assets
Software Bill of Materials
Upload assets
Inspect assets

TC APIs

All the actions that can be performed on dashboard are available via API REST
APIs for Notarization, Authentication and the main vcn features
